Mr. Zintek joined Wisconsin Energy in May of 2001 as vice president-Human Resources for Wisconsin Electric and Wisconsin Gas, and vice president-Human Resources for Wisconsin Energy Corporation.

Prior to joining Wisconsin Energy, Mr. Zintek was corporate vice president for human resources and a corporate officer of Twin Disc, a manufacturing firm in Racine, Wisconsin. Before that, he worked for several major employers in the Milwaukee area. In addition to his work at Twin Disc, he has also been associated with Harley-Davidson, where he was director of human resources; Rockwell International, Seal Beach, Calif., where he served as corporate manager of policy and world wide recruiting; and Allen-Bradley, Milwaukee, where he was corporate and group human resources manager.

Mr. Zintek earned his bachelor of arts degree in philosophy from St. Francis DeSales College, Milwaukee, and an interdisciplinary masters degree in psychology, sociology and theology from St. Francis Seminary, Milwaukee.

Mr. Zintek is currently serving as the board chair for the American Heart Association of southeastern Wisconsin.
